Access Log Manager in Shared Hosting
Our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel includes a section focused on various logs and the access logs are one of them. Once you sign in to your shared hosting account and visit this section, you shall find a list of all the domains and subdomains you have. All it takes to allow the generation of access logs is to click on a button which will be available next to each domain/subdomain. When the option is active, you shall see a download link together with the file size so far, so you shall be able to save the file to your laptop or computer and look at it or process it with some program. Enabling or disabling the logs becomes effective instantly, so if you no longer need one, you could stop it with a click from the very same section of the Control Panel. You will still be able to access the already generated content by simply clicking the Download link.
Access Log Manager in Semi-dedicated Servers
When you have a semi-dedicated server account with us, it will not take more than a couple of mouse clicks to activate the generation of access logs by our system if you require them. The feature may be enabled via the Hepsia website hosting Control Panel and this may be done independently for each domain or subdomain which you have in your account. When you log in and go to the Access/Error Logs section of the Control Panel, you will see a list of all the hostnames with an On/Off button next to all of them. One click will trigger the log generation and another one shall deactivate it, so you can control this function with great ease. A Download link inside the same section will permit you to save the created content as a text file, that you may then use on your PC. Even if the logs are deactivated, you shall still be able to download the data that has been previously generated.
