Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are very busy working on your web site or developing your web apps, you scarcely have time to keep an eye on what is going on with your Virtual Private Server – if it’s under excessive load or whether all the tasks are running properly. With our Managed Servers deal, we’ll do this on your behalf. Your server will be added to the custom monitoring system and in case there’s a trace of a problem, our server admins will be alerted momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server definitely isn’t the easiest assignment on earth. You will either have to use a separate server or your home PC, or arrange a 3rd–party software. We offer a far simpler and easier solution with our Managed Servers offer. We will create a full backup of your virtual server every week, so you never have to worry about permanently losing any important data. Last but not least we can always retrieve a backup copy very quickly. All our backups are kept on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you have complete freedom to install any script or service on your server. Still, certain scripts are more difficult to install and may require some additional configuration from you. That is where our Managed Servers option will help you out. It includes thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving operations – it means that you’ll be able to literally hire one of our seasoned server admins for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software that you desire. Or have him rectify an issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an extra feature for our KVM VPS Servers.
